These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NEXNEEL TOOLS, a division of NEXNEEL LLC, a Wyoming Disregarded Entity ("NEXNEEL," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of OBMAT and all related services available at obmat.nexneel.tools ("Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
OBMAT is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides WooCommerce store owners with a centralized dashboard to manage orders, products, customers, posts, and analytics without accessing WordPress admin. The Service includes AI-powered tools, two-way WooCommerce synchronization, team collaboration features, and billing management.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@nexneel.tools of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The Service is offered under the following subscription plans: Starter ($39/month), Pro ($89/month), and Enterprise ($299/month). All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial.
Billing is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
We offer a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, all payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at legal@nexneel.tools within 7 days of the charge.

The Service includes AI-powered features ("AI Tools") powered by Google Gemini. AI credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription plan and do not roll over to the next billing period. AI-generated content is provided as-is and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content.
By connecting your WooCommerce store to OBMAT, you authorize us to access, sync, and store your store data including orders, products, customers, and posts. This data is stored securely and used solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your store data to third parties.
You retain full ownership of your store data. Upon termination, you may request data export within 30 days. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content, is owned by NEXNEEL LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account through Settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections 8, 9, 11, and 12 survive termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEXNEEL LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXNEEL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
